Isabelle is a certified Pre/Post-Natal and Performance Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping women build real strength and confidence. She’ll share practical tips and smart techniques to help you create a strong foundation.

Jayden is an Exercise Scientist known for making the complex feel simple. His no-fuss, evidence-based coaching style helps you build strength efficiently, avoid injury, and feel in control of your training from the very first rep.

Piotr is an Exercise Scientist and competitive sprinter who knows how to blend precision with performance. Whether you’re lifting for the first time or levelling up your current training, he’ll help you move better, lift stronger, and train injury-free.
